All of our Neon Signs & Acrylic Wall Art is made from 100% recycled Acrylic - which means that no virgin plastics are ever used in it's manufacturing process. We feel good about that. You can feel good that you're supporting a great product and all of the environmental improvements by taking unwanted plastics and turning them into something gorgeous. 

The silicone we use over our low-energy LEDs is child safe, non-toxic and BPA free. 

All of our Neon Signs come with a CE certified, 13 amp fused UK Plug, and a special 12V dimmable transformer. 

With every Neon Sign, we will provide you a detailed fitting guide, a drilling template and all the fittings required unless you've ordered one that comes with a base stand.

All of our Neon Sign pieces are made exclusively for indoor / under cover usage in a low humidity environment. We can create outdoor suitable Neon Signs - please contact us for a bespoke order creation that is waterproof. 

Yes, you can battery power our Neon Signs. Our custom-made LEDs are 12v, and can be run from any power pack or bank that supports a 12v Output. We don’t sell these battery packs as standard, as there are shipping restrictions with our courier on batteries - plus we find customers find it inconvenient to remember to either charge the battery pack or change the batteries. If you want your Neon Sign for travelling / exhibitions, we can source and supply them on request. 

Because we want you to have an amazing experience from ordering right through to unpacking and installing your Neon Art. Whether you're purchasing a Single Run Limited Edition & Signed piece or a ready-to-ship Neon Wall Art; every order we strive to have the exact same feeling of excitement and satisfaction, that our service level remains at the highest standard. 

Each and every Neon Art piece is designed, machined, hand assembled and quality controlled by a team of highly experienced perfectionists, with a terrible addiction to caffeine. It's why we don't promise you something next day, your Neon Art isn't made in an hour, or even a day - each Neon Art can take anywhere from 10 hours to several days from start to finish, we then test your Neon Art for 8 solid hours to ensure all the LEDs are perfect, the lighting is even and there's nothing been missed during assembly. Only then, will our Quality Control team review your Neon Art piece, compare it to your original order paperwork to ensure all sizes, colours and designs are matching. They then clean with special Anti-static Polish, hand-wrap your Neon Art, laser-cut a one-off packaging box and fitting template and prepare your order for shipment which is encased in special made packing noodles. We take no responsibility if you find endless amusing uses for these after unpacking your Neon Art - we have never ever smacked someone on the bum with them. Honest. 

Like great food - quality takes time and effort. We can turn around signs quickly for urgent events, but it means we lose beauty sleep - there is no magic shortcuts. Quality isn't something we ever compromise on. 

Yes and no.

Yes: All of the materials we use are completely safe, non-toxic, BPA free and have positive environmental impact by using unwanted plastics in our Acrylic used. We don't use any toxic glues or adhesives, and our LEDs are low-energy and output a very low energy 12 volts. 

No: They're like tattoo's. Once you get one… you tend to get another one, and another one. Then you realise you're that really crazy but totally cool person who now exclusively lights their personal space with their own Neon Signs. You'll probably never turn those boring room lights on ever again. And you'll be vibing all the time at home. It's hard being that awesome, we get it… We all have tattoos here, we also all have Neon Art throughout our homes.

To keep the costs as low as possible, we don't include a dimmer with every Neon Sign. But these things are BRIGHT! They easily light a room, and the larger the Neon Art piece, they can be very intense. When you plug them in without a dimmer/remote control they run at 100% brightness. We all have remote dimmers at our homes. Sometimes you want the full WOW of your Neon Sign, other times, it's nice to dim them down to mood light levels. 

If yours is going in a bedroom, without a doubt get a dimmer / remote control. Unless you want to permanently be in the spotlight, that's cool, there's no judgement here. 

Of course! We can design based on a detailed brief, notes on a napkin or suggested ideas. We haven't quite mastered mind-reading yet, we're working on it. How big do you want it? The biggest panel we can manufacture in a single piece is 3 metre x 2 metre but we have and quite often make tiled Neon Signs for large exhibitions or venues. 

Is it a word? Sentence? Quote? Please include the word, sentence, quote - you'd be amazed at how often that's overlooked!

Based on an object or logo? Please send us any images you have if so.

Colours! Want just the one? Or an amazing array of all the colours we do? There's no limit. Online it's much harder for us to show you all the amazing colour combinations, but if you have some in mind, we can usually get you what you're after! 

Want something a little cheeky? You won't offend us. Art is subjective. We'll make anything as long as it's not illegal. Some of us are too pretty for prison. 

It's a bit of a speciality for us. We can make most logos into a bright, vibrant Neon Sign or an Acrylic Wall Art. Depending on the logo it may need some slight changes suitable for how our Neon Silicone and LEDs work. Our in-house designers will always send you a proof back for approval. We also specialise in laser engraving acrylic with exact logo replicas or using parts of your logo as laser engrave mixed with LED channels. If you're a specialist store, lighting or trader - we can make custom Neon Signs at competitive trade prices. But we don't manufacture in bulk, each sign will still be hand made to order. We're quality not quantity. If you're looking for something to stick on eBay and flog in volume - that's not us. We're the top end of the market. 

This is a very difficult one to answer, but is asked of us quite a lot. Each sign has a level of complexity. Certain fonts for example used in word based Neon Signs, are very easy for us to work with and assembly time can be a couple of hours when inserting the Silicone. Script fonts can mean dozens or even hundreds of hand made cuts on a large Neon Sign. For online orders we have a base price for the Acrylic and a set amount of letters. The calculator will add or remove based on a per letter charge, which is slightly more each size you go up because it uses more materials. 

We also live in an age where raw materials are constantly fluctuating. We adjust our prices based on the pallet purchased into stock. If the pallet price drops, or increases we change our online pricing to reflect this.

Any quotations we give you for bespoke Neon Signs are only ever valid for 48 hours. This may not seem like very long, but material prices change constantly.

They are all shipped by us directly in Bridgend, South Wales UK. There's no drop-shipping here. We don't buy your Neon Sign in, or get anyone else to make it for us. There's no ‘Gift from China’ with duty to pay 22 weeks after ordering. Fully tracked, insured, UK & Worldwide GoGreen Plus delivery by DHL

We deliver worldwide. We would recommend you request a Bespoke Neon quote from us before ordering, so we can ensure we provide you with suitable power options and that there are no restrictions on importing your Neon Art into your country. 

DHL are our delivery partner, and we use their insured, UK & Worldwide GoGreen Plus delivery service. Any duties and handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient - DHL will ask you to pay any relevant fees prior to delivery. 

We have a fixed fee of £9.99 for UK delivery. This is for an insured, next-day, by DHL delivery service to UK Mainland. International Shipping varies from country to country. 

Standard Delivery orders usually take 7-10 working days. Our VIP Priority Service is 5 working days. DHL will then collect your Neon Sign or Wall Art from us and deliver it the next working day. If you have a deadline you need to meet, it's best to contact us directly at yo@tayglow.uk or via the Contact Us page to discuss and confirm we can meet your required deadline. 

Yep! We use DHL, you will get a tracking number in your Despatch Confirmation email from us. 

We use UK & Worldwide GoGreen Plus delivery by DHL. For bespoke Neon Sign orders that require installation, we deliver and install personally.

All of our Neon Signs, whether Bespoke or Ready-to-Ship comes with a full 12 month warranty. 

The  Warranty covers electrical faults within the 12 month warranty period. Scratches, breakage or damage caused due to negligence are not covered. 

The 12 month warranty starts from the day after despatch from us.

Bespoke / Custom Orders: Once your order has been processed and work has begun to design and cut your Neon Sign or Wall Art, it is no longer able to be cancelled. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on Bespoke Neon Signs, Ready-to-Make signs or Wall Art. 

Ready-to-Ship: If an item is dispatched from our pre-made limited edition stock, as long as the item is returned unused and undamaged within 28 days, you are eligible for a refund. 

In the very unlikely event of a problem, we will repair or replace your Neon Sign at no charge if it is within our 12 month warranty. If you've damaged the sign, accidentally, but is not covered by warranty - we can often fix or repair any electrical component. Damage to the Acrylic though is not usually fixable.
