How we make your Packaging

The first step to creating our packaging is carefully wrapping your new sign in fully biodegradable bubble wrap. We understand the importance of minimising our environmental impact, which is why all the materials used in our packaging are not only recycled but also recyclable.

Step 2.

We prioritise both the security of your package and our commitment to the environment. That's why we use 100% recycled and strong packaging tape to hold everything tight and securely which can also be fully recycled. Our packaging tape is carefully selected to ensure durability and reliability, giving your package the strength it needs during transit. What sets our tape apart is its eco-friendly composition, made from recycled materials that have been given a second life. By opting for the use of recycled packaging tape, we contribute to reducing the demand for new plastic production and help divert waste from landfills. Our foam edge protectors are designed to safeguard your sign during transportation, providing a cushioning layer that minimises the risk of damage. But what sets our edge protectors apart is their eco-conscious construction. We are proud to source foam materials that are not only recyclable but also made from recycled content. We take great care in ensuring its safe journey to your doorstep. Our thick-walled 100% recycled cardboard boxes are not only robust and reliable but also aligned with our commitment to sustainability. These sturdy boxes are precision laser cut from recycled cardboard, minimising the need for new raw materials and reducing the environmental impact by not using oversized boxes and unnecessary filling. We understand that the journey of your neon sign is just as important as its destination, and our thick-walled cardboard boxes provide the ultimate protection while upholding our eco-friendly values.

Step 5.

Our packaging consists of two parts: a base which we also incorporate a bespoke laser etched line fitting template of your sign for easy fitting - reducing the need for a wasteful and extra fitting template and a top box that doubles the thickness on the sides to ensure maximum protection during transit. Both boxes are made from 100% recycled materials, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. Step 6.

Ensuring the integrity of your package during transit is of utmost importance to us. That's why we incorporate 100% recycled reinforced cardboard edges into our packaging solution. These corners act as sturdy reinforcements, preventing any bending and help prevent damage to your order while on its journey to you.

Step 7.

The safety of your order is paramount to us, and we take extra measures to ensure its safe handling during transit. In addition to our eco-friendly packaging solutions, we utilise another layer of fragile tape. This tape serves as a visible indicator, alerting delivery drivers to the importance and delicacy of the package they are handling. By prominently displaying the fragile tape, we aim to enhance awareness and encourage cautious handling throughout the delivery process accompanied with our delivery partner, DHL GoGreen Plus UK & Worldwide Sustainability Programme.

Made using 10mm Ultra Strong & Ultra Clear Acrylic, our signs are 50% thicker and stronger than most other Neon Companies, and we supply full installation kits which make installing a breeze.
