Why Hire from Us?

Glow Hire offers a seamless rental process for our Neon Signs. Our delivery includes robust packaging to ensure the safety of your hired sign. Once delivered to your chosen address, easily mount and turn on the sign. When you're ready to return it, just pack everything back into the secure box using the provided prepaid label and drop off the item at any UPS drop-off location in the UK.

Where are you based?

Our headquarters are located in Bridgend, South Wales, UK. We specialise in manufacturing Neon Signs. Every single sign is meticulously crafted and designed to meet our strict standards. Our commitment to quality ensures that each sign is built to withstand commercial use and delivers a stunning visual impact.

Where do you ship to?

Please note that sign hire is limited to the UK Mainland. Customers from Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands should contact us in advance of making a booking.

Can we collect and return directly?

You have the option to collect the item from us in Bridgend, South Wales and return it to us directly in order to avoid the small postage cost. However, the majority of our customers find it more convenient to have the item delivered to their chosen venue and then drop it off at any UPS drop-off location once the hire period is finished.

How long is the hire period for?

You can choose a rental period of either 3, 5, 7, or 14 days. This is the duration of your hire, there is an additional day that isn't charged either side of your hire period to allow for shipping.

Can we book a date for hire with a deposit?

For customers interested in reserving a neon sign well in advance, we recommend reaching out to us directly via email or WhatsApp. Our team will assist you with the booking process and answer any questions you may have and can process a deposit to secure your booking which is payable 28 days prior to the hire date.

What's included in the box?

Inside the neon hire box, you will find a neon sign, power supply, remote control for dimming the neon, and some signs even come with color-changing capabilities, especially the reveal signs. Additionally, the box contains fitting cables or a stand, foam protection, and a return label.

How do I return the hired sign to you?

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you make use of the provided return label for your neon sign when hiring. In the event that the label gets lost or damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can swiftly assist in resolving this issue.

Can I use the Neon Sign outside?

The neon signs available are intended for indoor use only. If you require an outdoor neon sign, please contact us via email and provide us with your specific request.

What happens if the sign gets lost or damaged?

In order to secure your reservation, a £99.99 security deposit is required for each sign being hired. This deposit will be returned to you in full if the sign is returned in the same condition as when received, along with all the necessary items like cables, remotes, and fixings. I'm an events company, can I hire from you?

Yes, we supply both direct to customers and to the trade. For both direct customer orders and events company bookings, we ask that you complete the booking process through our website. This approach guarantees a seamless experience and maintains uniformity in our operations.
